A shallow installation can make thermal management even more important because everything is packed into less space.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eARC uses Totoku copper voice-coil wire from Japan, wound on a layered spun-laced Nomex former with ultra-high-temperature adhesives. The assembly goes through a staged adhesive-tempering process designed to increase thermal resistance and bonding reliability under sustained demand.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eARC also laser-etches and primes critical glue surfaces before assembly, then cures bonding agents under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. That is not flashy sales-sheet material, but it is exactly the kind of manufacturing detail that matters after the subwoofer has been heat-cycled hundreds of times.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eA-10 — when depth is tight and keeping the enclosure compact matters.\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe A-10 is the easier A-Series driver to package.
