We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
**IF YOU FEEL YOU LIVE IN AN "UNSAFE OR BAD AREA" WHERE A PACKAGE COULD BE STOLEN PLEASE HAVE IT SHIPPED TO A SAFER ADDRESS FOR EXAMPLE YOUR WORKS ADDRESS. ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED THE PACKAGE AND IT HAS BEEN SCANNED DELIVERED AT YOUR ADDRESS, IT IS THEN A PART OF YOUR HOME / HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. So please be diligent in this process to ensure your packages make it to you safely. We also have no problem offering signature for delivery IF REQUESTED. If you would like for your packages to have to be signed for please put it in your order notes when ordering.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed) -must not be a special order or a custom order -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description,Product that has been opened and/or mounted/used cannot be returned. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
ANY AND ALL LITHIUM BATTERY SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE THEY HAVE SHIPPED THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO FEDERAL SHIPPING AND STORAGE REGULATIONS. THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING AS THIS WILL BE HANDLED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE MANUFACTURE.
Custom Built Items:
Custom built items are NON REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to Alternators, Custom Acrylic, or Any Fabricated Custom Product, and any wire that is less than full spool lengths.
Refused | Return to Sender:
Any packages that are refused by the recipient or marked as return to sender for any reason by the shipping company the customer will be charged 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges and package protection charges are NON REFUNDABLE.
Electronic(digital media) IS NON REFUNDABLE.
Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation. Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being blown, burned or abused. SMSCARAUDI.com defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Blown, burned, and other abused subwoofers and speakers are not covered. Submitting any of the above will be considered out of warranty.
If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in this email. If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have placed your order in "processing" status, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is typically around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be prior to receiving any individual order. The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below. If we receive your order cancellation before we have placed your order in "processing" status, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section above
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
