Clear policies for warranty coverage and returns so you know exactly how we protect your purchase.
🛠️ Warranty Coverage
All new, unused items purchased from SMS Car Audio come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty unless otherwise specified. If you purchased an item and discover a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we’ll help coordinate the repair or replacement.
- Original purchaser only.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Free from defects in materials or workmanship at time of purchase.
Warranty may vary by brand and product — check the product detail page or contact us for specifics.
↩️ Returns & Exchange
Returns are accepted under these conditions:
- Item is in new, unopened, unused condition.
- Must be returned within 14 days of delivery unless marked otherwise.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Open-box, B-stock, clearance, custom build, or used items are final sale and not eligible for standard returns.
🚫 Final Sale & Restocking
- Open-Box / B-Stock / Closeout items are final sale and not returnable.
- Returns of new items may incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise noted.
- Return shipping and any associated fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
📞 How to file a Claim
Contact us with your order number, purchase date, product model/serial, and a detailed description of the issue. We’ll review it and provide you instructions.
