Year, make, model, trim, factory audio package, radio type, and photos of the install area when useful.
2. Tell Us the Goal

SMS can match products, wiring, batteries, adapters, integration, enclosure work, and tuning before the appointment.

- Installation, tuning, custom fabrication, custom enclosures, and larger builds are scheduled by appointment.
- Deposits or full payment may be required for special-order parts, built-to-order work, lighting panels, custom enclosures, or fabrication.
- Products purchased from SMS are easier to match, support, install, and warranty through the shop.
- Customer-supplied equipment may require inspection and may not receive the same support as SMS-supplied gear.
- Please remove personal belongings from work areas before your install appointment.
