Buying equipment?
If you already know the product, send the exact brand, model or SKU, quantity, shipping ZIP or local-pickup request, and any size, impedance, color, version or vehicle information that affects the order. If you do not know the exact part yet, tell us what you are trying to accomplish instead of guessing.
Eligible products can be purchased without booking installation. Availability, shipping, advertised pricing and pickup terms depend on the exact product and brand policy.
Want us to build or install it?
Send the vehicle year, make, model, trim, factory audio package if known, what is already installed and what you want the finished system to do. Photos help. A budget range helps. If something already has a problem—warning lights, bad wiring, damaged trim, water leaks, voltage issues or an installation you want corrected—tell us that too.
SMS handles speakers, amplifiers, bass, OEM integration, DSP, electrical, Jeep, motorcycle, powersports, radios, cameras, CNC, laser, 3D printing, acrylic, custom fabrication and Lit FX. The job can be a straightforward upgrade or a full build.
SMS installs equipment supplied through SMS Car Audio and does not accept customer-supplied equipment for installation.

Need Lit FX or a one-off part?
Send the vehicle or application, clear photos, the exact product if one already exists, the name/artwork or personalization wanted, lighting preference, quantity, installation needs and shipping ZIP. If the part does not exist yet, tell us what it needs to fit and what you want it to look or function like.
- Personalized and one-of-a-kind Lit FX products are paid in full, non-refundable and non-cancelable.
- Production begins after the customer approves the render.
- The standard production target is seven calendar days after render approval unless the product page or quote states otherwise.
- Some vehicle-specific pieces require the vehicle, original panel, lid or other part for measurement and test fitting.
Building a system that needs electrical support?
Tell us the vehicle, engine, amplifier list, subwoofer load, current batteries, alternator, cable sizes and measured voltage if known. More power is fine; the charging system, wiring, grounds, fuse protection and reserve capacity simply have to be built to support it.
Need detailed fitment or system design?
SMS answers published product questions and confirms the information needed to complete an SMS sale. Detailed fitment research, complete system design, crossover planning, enclosure design, OEM integration planning, DSP routing and electrical-system planning are part of an SMS product purchase, booked service or paid design deposit.
We do not provide complete project plans for third-party equipment lists that will be purchased elsewhere.
What we do not install.
- Customer-supplied equipment.
- Automotive window tint.
- Alarm or remote-start systems.
Boat or vessel installation must be approved by SMS before products are ordered or an appointment is booked.
