Description

ARC Audio X2 1.0 — 28 mm Component Tweeter Pair

Choose the X2 1.0 when the rest of the speaker system is usable but the factory high-frequency section is dull, harsh or poorly placed. This is the stand-alone X2 tweeter pair, so it lets us improve top-end clarity and stage height without forcing the customer into a complete component-set replacement when the woofer side is already doing its job.

ARC uses a 28 mm wool-damped silk-fiber dome with a neodymium motor, and the included inline second-order crossover protects the tweeter and controls the handoff. We would use it behind a factory grille, in a sail panel, dash location or custom pillar where the tweeter position actually helps the stage. If the vehicle also needs a new woofer and passive crossover as one matched system, the X2 5.2 or 6.2 is the cleaner choice.

Where this fits in the build
