AMPLIFIER INSTALLATION

Need more power? We make sure the rest of the system can actually use it.

A bigger amp is easy. Making the signal, speaker load, OFC power and ground, fusing, cooling and electrical support work with it is the real job. One sub amp or a full active system—we build the power path around what you want it to play.

WHAT ARE YOU POWERING?

Tell us what needs power. We’ll build the amp layout around it.

Here’s what different amplifier jobs actually look like.

MAKE THE POWER USEFUL

The amp is only as good as the signal and wiring feeding it.

  • Confirm the factory or aftermarket source feeding the amplifier.
  • Calculate the final speaker or subwoofer impedance on every channel.
  • Match usable amplifier output to the connected equipment and how hard it will be played.
  • Plan channel count, bridging and passive or active crossover setup.
  • Build the power/ground path, fusing, cooling and service access around the amplifier demand.
  • Leave room for future expansion when that is part of the plan.
INSTALLATION FLOW

Before we turn it up, we make sure every part of the path is right.

  1. 01Confirm the signal.

Factory processing, available voltage, channel routing and integration method are identified.

  2. 02Confirm the load.

Speaker/subwoofer impedance and wiring determine where the amplifier can safely make power.

  3. 03Build the power path and mounting.

Cable, fuse protection, ground, ventilation, water/cargo exposure and service access are handled.

  4. 04Set gain and crossovers.

Input sensitivity, protective filters, level and DSP settings are matched to the finished system.

Gain is not a volume knob. Turning it up does not create free power. More amplifier also will not fix the wrong enclosure, poor source signal or an electrical system that cannot support the load.

NEXT STEP

Tell us what you have, what you want louder and what the vehicle already does.

Send the vehicle, source, speakers or subwoofers, any amplifier already being considered and the result you want. We’ll match the power, wiring and setup to the rest of the system.
