HOW WE MAKE THE ONE-OFF STUFF

Measure it. Design it. Make it fit. Then light it.

  1. 01Measure or scan

    Capture the factory geometry, mounting area and real clearances.

  2. 02CAD the part

    Build the shape, artwork, speaker geometry and mounting plan around the application.

  3. 03Machine or print

    CNC, laser, acrylic fabrication or 3D printing depending on what the part needs.

  4. 04Wire and assemble

    Plan diffusion, LED routing, controller location, connections and service access.

  5. 05Fit and test

    Confirm the physical fit and verify the finished lighting before calling it done.

Custom means fitment and artwork get settled first.

  • Production parts use the options and fitment shown on the product page.
  • Personalized artwork is approved before engraving or one-off production begins.
  • Custom Lit FX work is paid in full before fabrication begins.
  • Personalized and one-off pieces are final once ordered.
  • Some installations require drilling, panel removal, wiring, longer hardware or other vehicle-specific work.
  • Not every LED connection or component is rated for direct water exposure; use the product instructions for the actual application.
