HIGH OUTPUT · PRO AUDIO · STUNT WALLS

Want it loud? Then every weak link has to keep up.

Pro-audio doors, stunt walls, roof-off Jeeps, motorcycles and specialty builds do not have much patience for bad placement, undersized power or flimsy mounting. Tell us how loud you want it, where you listen and how you use the vehicle. We build the speaker system, power, electrical and fabrication around that job.

WHAT DOES LOUD MEAN HERE?

Daily loud, roof-off loud and stunt-wall loud are different jobs.

Loud DailyTurn it up without the system falling apart.Enough speaker capability, crossover protection and amplifier headroom to play hard every day.Clean output at real volume
Pro AudioMake the sound carry.High-efficiency mids, midbass and high-frequency sections chosen for the output and coverage the build needs.Driver choice + aiming matter
Open CabinTop off? Bike moving? Now the noise floor is part of the system.Jeep, motorcycle and powersports builds need cone area, efficiency, placement and power that still work in motion.Build for how it is used
Stunt / ShowWhen the wall is part of the build.Driver count, pods, racks, electrical, lighting and tuning get designed as one project instead of separate add-ons.Full custom build
REAL SMS HIGH-OUTPUT WORK

This is what “loud” looks like on four very different platforms.

WHAT MAKES IT WORK

Big is not the problem. Bad design is.

  • Efficiency and cone area: Create more useful acoustic output from the power available.
  • Aiming and placement: Put that output where the listener or intended listening area actually is.
  • Crossovers: Protect each driver and keep it in the range where it can play hard cleanly.
  • Amplifier headroom: Match clean output and final impedance instead of chasing a wattage label.
  • Electrical support: Cable, grounds, fusing, batteries and charging capacity sized for real current demand.
  • Fabrication: Rigid panels, pods, walls and racks that support the hardware and remain serviceable.
  • DSP when useful: Routing, crossover, level, delay, EQ and phase control across multiple speaker sections.
BUILD IT IN THE RIGHT ORDER

Pick the job before we pick the speakers.

  1. 01How loud, and where?

Loud daily, demo, stunt wall, open-cabin, show or competition-style use changes the design.

  2. 02Put the drivers where they can work.

Driver type, cone area, aiming, crossover ranges and fabrication determine how the system covers the music.

  3. 03Give it enough power and electrical.

Amplifier channels, impedance, wiring, battery reserve and charging support are sized together.

  4. 04Fabricate, protect and tune it.

Mounting, racks, panels, crossovers, gain, DSP and final verification turn the equipment into a finished system.

We are not trying to talk you into less system. If you want it louder, we build for more output. The engineering is what lets the system deliver that output without the weak link deciding the result.
NEXT STEP

Tell us how loud you want it and where it has to work.

Send the vehicle, current equipment, music, use case, open/closed-cabin conditions, usable space, functions that must remain and budget range.

SMS installs equipment supplied through SMS Car Audio and does not accept customer-supplied products for installation.
