SMS built the enclosure around the Sierra and the two KICKER CompQ 10s, then Kandyman Mike paint matched the finished piece to the truck’s OEM exterior color. The enclosure was part of the visual build, not something to hide in the back.
SMS integrated into the Tacoma’s factory audio, fed the new system through a KICKER LX seven-channel amplifier, upgraded the door and dash speakers and added a subwoofer. The important part is that the factory signal and the new hardware were planned together.
This JL received ARC Audio MOTO-CX speakers. Fitment, mounting, exposure and the way an open Jeep gets used matter just as much as the name on the speaker.
The ARC Audio X2 1200.6 gives this Jeep six channels of amplification in one amplifier. Channel count only helps when the speaker layout, impedance, power and routing were planned first.
The JK combined KICKER speakers, ARC Audio processing and MB Quart amplification. The DSP was there to control and blend the installed system, not to cover up bad speaker or amplifier choices.
This JL uses MB Quart amplification with Mosconi DSP. Time alignment, crossovers, EQ and output levels were used to make physically separated speaker locations work together instead of just getting louder independently.
The MB Quart PA1-2400.4 was installed to handle the speaker power side of this JKU build. The amplifier is only useful because its channels and load match the rest of the speaker system.
This enclosure was built for two KICKER Solo X 8-inch subwoofers in a 2022 Denali. Driver depth, motor geometry, airspace and seat clearance all had to work before the box was ready for the install.
This 2023 Wrangler received an ARC Audio DSP system upgrade and tuning. The processor gave us control over routing, crossover, level, timing and response so the installed system could be tuned as a complete package.
The RHO kept its factory Harman Kardon system while SMS added a KICKER loaded dual 10-inch L7T enclosure and KICKER LX3000.1. This was a bass upgrade, not an excuse to replace equipment that already did its job.
