BOSS Elite BE10ACP.X — 10.1-Inch Wired CarPlay & Android Auto Receiver
The BE10ACP.X is the wired 10.1-inch model for a customer who wants a genuinely large navigation and media screen but does not need wireless phone connection or a bundled rear camera. It sits in a useful spot between the easier-to-package 9-inch models and the much larger 12- and 14-inch screens.
Wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto make sense when the phone is usually connected for charging anyway. The money stays focused on the larger display while you still get BOSS Elite’s 13-band EQ, crossover settings and time alignment, FLAC support, and front/rear/sub preamp outputs for adding amplifiers and subwoofers.
The chassis is designed around a single-DIN fit and includes double-DIN adapter brackets, but the 10.1-inch screen is what decides whether the install works cleanly. We want to check HVAC controls, vents, switches and shifter clearance before choosing it over the 9-inch model. If the vehicle also needs a camera, choose the XC. If cable-free CarPlay or Android Auto is part of the reason for replacing the radio, the WX is the better comparison.
