BOSS Elite BE920WCPA.HD — 7-Inch Harley-Davidson Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Radio
The BE920WCPA.HD is not a universal car radio dressed up for a motorcycle. BOSS designed it as a factory-fit head unit for 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson Street Glide, Road Glide and Electra Glide applications, with the weather resistance and vehicle integration that matter on a touring bike.
This is the choice when the customer wants to move from the factory Harley interface to a modern 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with wired or wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. BOSS lists built-in iDatalink Maestro integration, SiriusXM readiness, an IP66 dust/weatherproof rating, and a 13-band EQ with crossover settings and time alignment. Front/rear/sub preamp outputs also make it a much more useful starting point when the bike is getting external amplifiers and upgraded speakers.
The important comparison is the BEHDIN98. That older radio serves 1998-2013 touring-bike applications and focuses on Bluetooth and traditional radio operation. The BE920WCPA.HD is the later-generation solution when phone-based navigation and CarPlay/Android Auto are part of the build. Exact year, model, factory audio package and retained functions still need to be confirmed before installation.
