BOSS Elite BE9ACP.XC — 9-Inch Wired CarPlay & Android Auto Receiver with Rear Camera
The BE9ACP.XC is for a vehicle that needs two upgrades at the same time: a larger, easier-to-read phone-integration screen and a rear camera. It keeps the cost below the wireless versions by using wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, then puts the camera in the package instead of making it a separate decision later.
A 9-inch display is a useful middle ground. It gives maps and reverse-camera video more real estate than the 7-inch double-DIN models without occupying as much dash area as a 10.1-, 12- or 14-inch screen. The chassis is designed for a single-DIN fit and includes double-DIN adapter brackets, but the display still sits out in front of the dash, so clearance around vents, controls and the shifter needs to be checked.
If the vehicle already has a factory camera that can be retained with the correct integration hardware, the BE9ACP.X is usually the smarter wired choice. If the customer wants the phone to connect wirelessly as well, move to the WXC instead of buying the XC just because it includes a camera.
