Cerwin Vega RPMRGBLC RGB Remote Lighting Controller
Have Cerwin Vega speakers with RGB lighting but no way to actually change the color or effects? That is the job of the RPMRGBLC. It gives you a simple RF remote to control the lighting side of compatible Cerwin Vega RGB-equipped speakers, so you can change colors, dim the LEDs and adjust the effects without adding a phone app or a more complicated lighting controller.
This is the straightforward controller in Cerwin Vega's RGB lineup. You can select colors, adjust brightness, change effect speed and control fade or strobe functions from the included remote. The circuit board is conformal coated for added resistance to moisture, dust and heat, which is why it makes sense in marine, powersports and other exposed audio installations.
For a system that already has compatible standard RGB speaker lighting, this is a clean way to finish the lighting setup. It is especially useful when you just want the speakers to light up and be easy to control without paying for the larger RPMRGB8A app-controlled controller and its additional outputs.
What it will not do: the RPMRGBLC does not have smartphone-app control. It is also not made for addressable digital RGB-IC lighting, and it does not control audio volume, amplifier settings or speaker output. Cerwin Vega designs it around compatible 12-volt common-anode RGB lighting, so total LED load and wiring still need to stay within the controller's supported limits.
