This listing carries the M01TRK / MRD reference; Diamond Audio currently publishes the MRD as its 1-inch replacement diaphragm for the compatible models listed below.
Diamond Audio lists the MRD for the M01T, M01SWT, M1SRT and M175T tweeters. That makes this the right part when the motor and horn assembly are still good and the failure is in the diaphragm/voice-coil section. Replacing the service part can put the original tweeter back to work without changing the rest of the system or having to match a different tweeter into the existing install.
Diamond rates the MRD diaphragm at 50 watts RMS / 100 watts maximum with 107 dB sensitivity. Those are the published ratings for the replacement diaphragm application, so the repaired tweeter still needs to be crossed over and powered the way the compatible Diamond tweeter was designed to operate.
What it will not do: this diaphragm does not fit every Diamond tweeter. Diamond specifically states that the MRD is not compatible with the M075T. If the tweeter model is not M01T, M01SWT, M1SRT or M175T, verify the correct replacement diaphragm before taking the driver apart.
