Description
KICKER 51CWQ102 — CompQ 10-Inch Q-Class Subwoofer — DVC 2 Ohm
Choose this version when the system needs the compact 10-inch CompQ and the amplifier plan calls for a single DVC 2-ohm driver. The 10-inch is the smallest CompQ enclosure package, while the DVC 2-ohm coils allow a single woofer to be configured for a 1- or 4-ohm final load. That is the reason to choose it over the DVC 4-ohm version—not a sound-quality difference.
KICKER recommends 400–800 watts RMS and publishes 0.66–1.25 ft³ sealed or 1.25–2.25 ft³ vented enclosure ranges. We would use it when cargo space matters but the customer still wants the cast-frame, long-excursion SQL character of CompQ instead of stepping down to a lighter-duty woofer.
