Description
Kicker KISLOAD interfaces provide the electrical load required by some monitored factory radios and amplifiers when aftermarket equipment replaces or disconnects the original speaker load. They help prevent muted channels, diagnostic faults and output shutdown in compatible smart-radio systems.
The two-channel KISLOAD2 is designed for high-powered OEM subwoofer or mono-amplifier signals and accepts up to 40 volts RMS. The four-channel KISLOAD4 supports full-range factory outputs up to 20 volts RMS. Both versions present a 25-ohm load per channel.

Features
- Supplies a predictable speaker load to compatible monitored factory-radio outputs.
- Helps prevent channel muting, diagnostic errors and factory-amplifier shutdown after integration.
- KISLOAD2 handles high-powered OEM signals up to 40 volts RMS.
- KISLOAD4 provides four channels for full-range integration up to 20 volts RMS.
- 25-ohm loading reduces unnecessary current draw compared with low-resistance dummy loads.
- Can be used with suitable line-output converters, DSPs and amplifiers as part of a properly planned OEM-integration system.
