Custom Lit FX products typically ship within seven calendar days after the digital render is approved. Production begins after final artwork approval. Shipping transit time is additional.
Made-to-Order Information
Each Lit FX product is created specifically for your vehicle and approved design. We’ll work with you through the digital rendering and approval process before production begins. Once design work or fabrication has started, the order can no longer be canceled or returned because the materials and labor have been committed to your custom piece.
Submitted Artwork
The customer is responsible for confirming they have permission to use any names, logos, trademarks, characters, photographs, or artwork supplied for the design. SMS Car Audio may decline submitted material that cannot be appropriately reproduced.
Handmade Product Notice
Every Lit FX product is individually designed, fabricated, assembled, and finished by hand in the USA specifically for the customer. Lit FX products are custom-made pieces—not mass-produced or manufactured in bulk.
Because each product is handmade, minor cosmetic variations may occur in engraving depth, edge finish, surface appearance, color, or LED illumination. These subtle differences are a natural part of custom fabrication and are not considered defects when they do not affect fit, function, or safe operation.
If an item arrives damaged during shipping or experiences a functional issue, contact SMS Car Audio promptly and before installing, modifying, or wiring the product. Photos or video may be requested so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate assistance.
Custom Engraved LED Seat-Side Panels for Jeep JL and JT
The Lit FX Jeep JL/JT Front Seat Side Covers turn the plain lower sides of the front seats into a finished illuminated feature designed around your Jeep. Each order includes matching driver-side and passenger-side panels with custom engraved artwork, built-in LED lighting, and clean magnetic mounting.
Your Jeep name, club, colors, audio system, graphics, or overall theme can be worked into the engraving, then reviewed as a digital rendering before production begins.
Confirmed Seat Fitment
Designed for 2018 and newer Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU models and 2020 and newer Jeep Gladiator JT models with factory front-seat frames. Compatible with factory manual and powered front seats. Aftermarket seats are not supported because their frames, trim, and mounting surfaces may differ from the factory seat design.

How the Custom Design Process Works
- Place your order. Provide your Jeep model, year, and any relevant seat or interior details.
- Send your ideas. SMS Car Audio will contact you by email or message. Send your Jeep name, wording, colors, theme, reference photos, and any approved graphics you want considered.
- Review the rendering. We create a digital artwork rendering showing the proposed engraving and layout on the panels.
- Approve the design. The panels move into production after the artwork and layout are approved.
Product photos show examples of completed customer designs. The panel shape and fitment remain vehicle-specific while the engraved artwork is developed for your selected theme.

Installation and Power
The covers attach to the seat-side area using magnetic mounting, but the lighting still requires a proper electrical connection. Route the included controller and extension cables to both panels and connect them to a properly fused 12-volt power source and a secure ground.
This is not a USB plug-and-play product. Complete the wiring, grounding, controller placement, and cable routing correctly so the panels remain clean, reliable, and serviceable. Keep wiring clear of seat tracks, adjustment mechanisms, and other moving components.
