Hold the Doors in Display Position and Make the Props Part of the Jeep’s Theme

These Lit FX Jeep LED Door Props do two jobs at a parked show or event: they hold the doors where you want them for the display, and they give you a matched pair of illuminated acrylic pieces carrying the Jeep’s own artwork.

Each prop is approximately 16.5 inches long, with an engraving area of about 13 × 3 inches. We build the pair around the Jeep generation you select, lay out the artwork across both pieces, and send the rendering for approval before production starts.

The pair can be designed around the Jeep name, build name, club, Instagram handle, a His-and-Hers layout, colors or another approved theme. The point is to make the props read as part of the vehicle while they are doing the practical job of holding the doors for display.

Choose the Correct Jeep Fitment

The JK/JKU and JL/JLU/JT applications are treated separately because the door areas and mounting points are different. Select the correct Jeep generation before ordering so the pair is built around the vehicle it is actually going on.

Each prop hooks into the door area and uses a door-side bolt to secure it in position. Before using them, check the opening, hook location, bolt contact area and surrounding trim so everything sits securely without damaging the Jeep.

Choose the Lighting Around the Build

• Color-Chase RGB — Addressable: Dynamic color effects with static-color capability. The matching addressable controller is included.
• Solid Red: Fixed red illumination with the matching single-color controller included.
• Solid Blue: Fixed blue illumination with the matching single-color controller included.
• Solid Green: Fixed green illumination with the matching single-color controller included.

The solid-color selections do not use an addressable chase controller; they include the appropriate single-color controller instead.

Set Them Up for a Parked Show

Set the doors where you want them, secure the props correctly, then connect the lighting for the parked display. Because the props are wired, the included extension leads need to be routed where people entering the Jeep or walking around it will not snag them.

Do not leave the props installed or powered while driving. Disconnect the power and remove the props before the vehicle moves.

Before You Order

Select the correct Jeep fitment first: 2007–2018 JK/JKU or 2018+ JL/JLU & 2020+ JT. Then choose the Lighting Type. Quantity 1 is the complete matched pair.

These are parked-show display props. They must be disconnected and removed before the Jeep is driven.

You do not need finished artwork before checkout. After the order is placed, email al@smscaraudio.com with your order number plus the build name, colors, Instagram handle, logos or approved graphics, reference photos, and anything else that helps us understand the theme.

We take it from there. SMS Car Audio / Lit FX lays out the artwork across the pair, emails the digital rendering back to you, works through any needed changes, and begins production only after you approve the final artwork.

Power & Wiring

The matching controller and appropriate extension wiring are included with the pair. The lighting still needs a properly fused vehicle power connection and a secure ground. The vehicle power harness is sold separately.
