Keep the Cargo Function of a MOLLE Rack and Add a Custom Lit FX Center Panel

This package is for JL, JLU and Gladiator builds that need useful rear cargo organization but also want the rack to match the rest of the vehicle. You get the MOLLE rack for storage and mounting points, plus a custom engraved illuminated center panel built around the Jeep’s approved artwork and Lighting Type.

The important part is that the lighting panel is integrated into the rack setup rather than treated as a separate piece. The rack still has to function as a rack, so the panel layout, wiring and cargo clearance all need to make sense together.

Why This Package Makes Sense

If you are already adding a MOLLE rack, the center panel gives you a place to carry the vehicle name, club, audio-system identity, colors or other approved artwork into the cargo area without giving up the rack’s main job. Plan the artwork around the usable rack area first, then route the lighting wiring where stored gear cannot snag it.

Choose the Lighting Around the Build

• Color-Chase RGB — Addressable: Dynamic color effects with static-color capability. The matching addressable controller is included.
• Solid Red: Fixed red illumination with the matching single-color controller included.
• Solid Blue: Fixed blue illumination with the matching single-color controller included.
• Solid Green: Fixed green illumination with the matching single-color controller included.

The solid-color selections do not use an addressable chase controller; they include the appropriate single-color controller instead.

How the Panel Mounts

The custom Lit FX panel attaches to the included MOLLE rack. The panel itself does not require drilling into the Jeep.

Install the MOLLE rack with the supplied hardware, then attach the center panel to the rack. Confirm the roof configuration, cargo clearance and panel position before final assembly.

Confirm the Jeep and roof configuration before checkout. This package is for 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU and 2020+ Jeep Gladiator JT, and it is not compatible with the Sky One-Touch Power Top.

Choose the Lighting Type. Quantity 1 includes the standard MOLLE rack, one custom engraved Lit FX center panel, matching controller, extension wiring, and required rack/panel mounting hardware.

After Purchase — Send Us the Vision

You do not need finished artwork before checkout. After the order is placed, email al@smscaraudio.com with your order number plus the wording, colors, theme, logos or approved graphics, reference photos, and anything else that helps us design the center panel around the rest of the Jeep.

We take it from there. SMS Car Audio / Lit FX creates the digital layout, emails the proof back to you, works through any needed changes, and begins production only after you approve the final artwork.

Power & Wiring

The matching controller and appropriate extension wiring are included. The lighting still requires properly fused 12-volt power and a secure ground. The vehicle power harness is sold separately.

Route the wiring through protected areas of the cargo space so luggage, tools or other stored items cannot snag or damage it. This is not a USB plug-and-play product.
