MMATS Pro Audio CF61cs
The CF61cs is MMATS' 6.5-inch 2-way component set built around a carbon-fiber cone midbass and compact soft-dome tweeter. It is a better fit when imaging, tonal balance and front-stage placement matter more than simply filling a factory opening with a coaxial.
Why we use it: separate midbass and tweeter placement gives us more control over stage height and coverage, while the matched network keeps the set working as one system.
What matters before installation
- Tweeter location changes the tonal balance and stage more than most customers expect.
- Door treatment and a solid mounting adapter make a large difference in midbass output.
- A component set is not automatically louder than a PA speaker; this is the sound-quality side of the MMATS lineup.
In-store / quote-only product. SMS Car Audio verifies fitment and chooses passive or DSP-based integration around the rest of the system.
