MMATS Pro Audio LS Series Amplifiers
LS is the compact/value-focused amplifier family in the current MMATS catalog. It includes the LS850x4 4-channel amplifier plus LS650.1D, LS1250.1D and LS2000.1D mono models.
Why we use it: not every system needs an LSX or M-Series amplifier. LS fills daily-driver builds where chassis size, budget and electrical demand matter but we still want a properly matched amplifier instead of a generic low-cost replacement.
System roles
- LS850x4: four-channel full-range duty for mids/highs.
- LS650.1D / 1250.1D / 2000.1D: progressively larger dedicated subwoofer power steps.
Tradeoff: choose LS for the system it can run cleanly. If the build requires much more current or headroom, stepping into LSX/M is better than forcing a smaller amplifier to do the wrong job.
