MMATS Pro Audio PA & NEO Speakers
MMATS PA and NEO speakers are built for high-output systems that have to stay clear over road, engine and wind noise. They are especially useful in baggers, powersports vehicles, loud doors and custom multi-speaker panels where conventional car-audio mids run out of efficiency.
PA Series: traditional high-output pro-audio drivers with strong efficiency and straightforward power handling. NEO Series: neodymium-based options that reduce motor weight while keeping output capability high—useful where panel weight and mounting depth matter.
SMS system notes
- These are midbass/midrange drivers, not subwoofers.
- Most builds still need a dedicated tweeter or compression driver above them.
- Correct high-pass filtering is required; trying to make a pro-audio mid play deep bass is how output and reliability are lost.
- Model selection should be based on mounting space, required bandwidth, amplifier power and total speaker count.

Where this fits in the build
Speaker choice should follow the listening goal and the location it has to work in. Factory replacement, sound quality, loud daily and high-output builds have different priorities.
