The QLogic Q-Forms QL-K3011C/B is a pair of vehicle-specific kick-panel speaker enclosures for select 2002–2016 Dodge and Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 Quad Cab and Regular Cab trucks. The molded panels position aftermarket speakers low and forward in the cabin to improve front-stage placement while maintaining a vehicle-specific appearance.
The QL-K3011 is available for either 6.5-inch or 5.25-inch speakers and in black or dark gray/agate. Installation requires cutting the factory panel so it can be joined to the Q-Form, and QLogic advises that inexperienced installers should not attempt the modification.
