QL-K4002C01 is the 6.5-inch / Black 01 Q-Forms pair for 1989–1995 Toyota 4Runner and Standard Cab Pickup; 1989 must be the second-generation body. Choose the C version when the system uses a 6.5-inch front driver. Black is the finish only. Factory footrest use is lost, and the panels are designed to fit around the factory computer. Verify speaker-basket, grille, tweeter, mounting-depth and parking-brake clearance before cutting or mounting. Speakers are not included.
