QL-K4002C01 is the 6.5-inch / Black 01 Q-Forms pair for 1989–1995 Toyota 4Runner and Standard Cab Pickup; 1989 must be the second-generation body. Choose the C version when the system uses a 6.5-inch front driver. Black is the finish only. Factory footrest use is lost; some installs may need parking-brake clearance adjustment and factory-computer repositioning. Disconnect the battery before moving the computer. Speaker holes are installer-cut; verify depth and grille/tweeter clearance. Speakers are not included.
