Description
The QLogic Q-Forms QL-U5001 is a pair of universal surface-mount speaker enclosures for custom vehicle and specialty-audio installations. Two versions are available: the QL-U5001B for 5.25-inch speakers and the QL-U5001C for speakers up to 6.5 inches.
Each installation requires an approximately 8.5-by-11-inch mounting area. Maximum speaker mounting depth is 4 inches. The 5.25-inch B-Series version includes protective mesh grilles; grilles are not included with the 6.5-inch C-Series version.

Fitment Notes
- Confirm the selected speaker's frame diameter, cutout, mounting depth, and terminal clearance.
- The 6.5-inch version does not support speakers with frames larger than the enclosure opening.
- Confirm the mounting surface provides enough flat area and structural support.
