Description
Recoil RD65 — 6.5-Inch 2-Way Component Set
Choose RD65 when the vehicle has a normal woofer + tweeter layout and you want a straightforward passive 2-way front stage without adding a dedicated midrange location.
The set uses a 6.5-inch fiberglass-cone woofer, 1-inch silk soft-dome tweeter and included 2-way passive crossover. Recoil publishes 60 W RMS / 150 W peak per side, 4-ohm nominal impedance, 87 dB sensitivity and a 50 Hz–22 kHz response.
One complete left/right component system. The included passive network lets the pair run from a conventional stereo amplifier pair; a fully active DSP build would require four independent front-stage channels.

SPEAKER SYSTEM FIT
Where this fits in the build
Speaker choice should follow the listening goal and the location it has to work in. Factory replacement, sound quality, loud daily and high-output builds have different priorities.
Plan aroundConfirm mounting location, depth, cutout and usable bandwidth.
Match itMatch efficiency and power needs to the output target.
Finish itPlacement, sealing, crossover and tuning determine how the driver performs in the vehicle.
