DII1400.4 — High-Power 4-Channel Amplifier — 310W x4 @ 2Ω
Choose DII1400.4 when four independent channels need more output than DII1100.4 but the system does not require the 1-ohm-per-channel capability of DII2000.4. It is a strong fit for high-power component, mid-bass and pro-audio drivers that can actually use roughly 200–300 watts per channel.
SMS would use this as the upper end of the conventional 2-ohm four-channel DII architecture. At 4 ohms it makes 210 watts per channel; at 2 ohms it makes 310. Bridging gives 620 watts per 4-ohm load. If the speaker layout creates 1-ohm stereo channels, move to DII2000.4 instead of assuming this model can safely run below its published load.
