BDB12 — High-Current Distribution Block — 1 Input / 2 Outputs
BDB12 is for a high-current rack where one large power or ground run needs to split into two equally large branches without stepping down the cable gauge. One 0/2/4-AWG input feeds two 0/2/4-AWG outputs, making it a cleaner choice than the DB family when both downstream amplifiers still need large cable.
SMS would use BDB12 on power or ground distribution for a two-amplifier layout. This block is unfused. If the positive branches require individual over-current protection, use fused distribution hardware instead of assuming the upstream main fuse covers every downstream cable change.
