DII5000.1 — Extreme-Output Mono Amplifier — 5100W RMS @ 1Ω
Choose the DII5000.1 only when the bass system genuinely needs five-kilowatt-class power. Recoil publishes 3,100 watts at 2 ohms and 5,100 watts at 1 ohm, so the amplifier is no longer a stand-alone purchase—the charging system, battery reserve, cable capacity, fuse protection, grounds and subwoofer thermal limits all have to be designed around it.
SMS would not move from the DII3300.1 to this model for a small theoretical wattage advantage. The 5000.1 earns its place when the drivers and enclosure can actually use the additional output and the vehicle can supply the current consistently. If those pieces are not already part of the build, the larger amplifier will not fix the system.
