PW8D2 — 8-Inch Echo Pro Subwoofer — DVC 2Ω — 400W RMS
PW8D2 is the next step when a 6.5-inch sub is too compromised but a 10-inch enclosure still takes more room than the vehicle can give up. The 8-inch PW provides noticeably more cone area while keeping the box practical for trucks, compact cargo areas and custom under-seat/side-panel builds.
Choose the D2 version when one sub needs to land at 1 ohm or a pair is being planned around 2 ohms. SMS would match it to an amplifier that can deliver clean power around the 400W RMS rating at the final wired load. If one 8 needs to present 2 ohms instead, PW8D4 is the correct coil option.
