SXS10D2 — 10-Inch Echo Max Ultra-Shallow Subwoofer — DVC 2Ω — 300W RMS
SXS10D2 is for the truck or tight-cabin build where a normal 10-inch motor simply will not clear. Recoil gets the published mounting depth down to about 3.15 inches, making this a packaging-first woofer rather than a high-power Echo Max model.
Choose the 10 over the 12 when both depth and baffle area are tight. SMS would pair it with a moderate mono amplifier around its 300W RMS rating and use the dual-2-ohm coils for either a 1Ω or 4Ω single-sub load. If the enclosure has room for the 12-inch SXS, the larger cone gives more displacement potential for only a small increase in depth.
