The 2011–2020 Kia Optima and Optima Hybrid use factory door speaker mounting geometry that is not the same thing as a universal round opening. These SMS Precision adapters retain the vehicle-side mounting interface and provide a proper mounting surface for compatible 6.5-inch-class aftermarket speakers.
Each adapter is made to order in-house from ASA for automotive use. The Kia-side geometry stays fixed; the speaker opening is produced to the selected or verified cutout used for the order.

Check the Speaker Before You Order
Nominal 6.5-inch size does not guarantee the same cutout across every aftermarket speaker. When the exact speaker model is available in the SMS fitment database, the opening can be produced from its verified published cutout. If the exact model is not listed, provide the required cutout measurement.
Mounting-depth responsibility: matching the adapter opening does not guarantee clearance inside the vehicle. The buyer is responsible for confirming basket, magnet, terminal, window/regulator, door-metal, grille, and interior-panel clearance.
