The 2015 Mazda 3 with the factory Bose 6x8-style speaker mount needs a proper adapter when moving to a compatible 6.5-inch-class aftermarket driver. These SMS Precision adapters retain the Mazda-side mounting geometry and provide a clean mounting surface for the replacement speaker instead of treating the factory location like a universal opening.
Each pair is made to order in-house from ASA for automotive use. The vehicle-side geometry stays fixed; the speaker opening is produced to the selected or verified cutout used for the order.

Nominal 6.5-inch size does not guarantee the same cutout across every speaker. When the exact speaker model is available in the SMS fitment database, the adapter opening can be produced from its verified published cutout. If the exact speaker is not listed, provide the required cutout measurement.
Mounting-depth responsibility: matching the adapter opening does not guarantee clearance inside the vehicle. The buyer is responsible for confirming speaker basket, magnet, terminal, window/regulator, door-metal, grille, and interior-panel clearance.
