The BMW X5 E53 uses an unusual factory front-door speaker housing rather than a simple universal round mount. These SMS Precision adapters replace that vehicle-side interface with a proper mounting surface for compatible 6.5-inch-class aftermarket speakers.
Each pair is made to order in-house from ASA for automotive use. The E53 vehicle-side geometry stays fixed; the speaker opening is produced to the selected or verified cutout used for the order.

When the exact speaker model is available in the SMS fitment database, the opening can be produced from its verified published cutout. If the exact model is not listed, provide the required cutout measurement.
Mounting-depth responsibility: matching the adapter opening does not guarantee clearance inside the vehicle. The buyer is responsible for confirming basket, magnet, terminal, window/regulator, door-metal, grille, and interior-panel clearance.
