Build the Port to the Enclosure Instead of Building the Enclosure Around a Fixed Port

This SMS Precision aero port is built to order in ASA for custom car-audio enclosures. Choose the inside diameter and the finished physical end-to-end length required by the enclosure design.

Before You Order

• Inside diameter: 2 through 8 inches in 0.5-inch increments.
• Finished physical length: 8.00 through 24.00 inches in 0.25-inch increments.
• Length measurement: Outer edge of one flare to the outer edge of the opposite flare.
• Through 11.00 inches: Standard construction.
• Over 11.00 inches: Modular collar/coupler construction is automatically used and already included in the selected variant price.
• Acoustic design: Confirm the enclosure's required port area, target tuning and physical length before checkout.

The selected finished physical length is not automatically the same as acoustic/effective port length. Flare geometry and end correction can affect the acoustic design.

Extended-Length Construction

Ports longer than 11.00 inches use the SMS Precision modular collar/coupler design. There is no separate coupler add-on to purchase. Dry-fit the complete port before final assembly and use an ABS/ASA-compatible solvent cement for the coupler joints.
