This SMS Precision adapter was created specifically for the Lexus GX470 factory subwoofer enclosure and a compatible dimensionally compatible 6.75-inch-class replacement subwoofer. The production intent is to make the mechanical conversion without cutting the factory enclosure or the subwoofer.

Built for the Factory Enclosure
The adapter handles the mounting-interface change between the supported GX470 factory enclosure and the compatible replacement subwoofer. It is not a universal spacer ring and is not intended to convert unrelated factory enclosures.
Test-fit the adapter and subwoofer before final wiring and enclosure reassembly. Make sure the basket and terminals clear inside the enclosure and that the subwoofer can be fastened without stressing the frame.
