Description

Sold individually — one SMS Precision factory-subwoofer adapter per quantity ordered.

Install a Compatible Kicker 6.75-Inch Replacement Subwoofer in the Lexus GX470 Factory Enclosure

This SMS Precision adapter was created specifically for the Lexus GX470 factory subwoofer enclosure and a compatible Kicker 6.75-inch replacement subwoofer. The production intent is to make the mechanical conversion without cutting the factory enclosure or the subwoofer.

Fitment is based on the supported Lexus GX470 factory subwoofer enclosure; confirm the exact vehicle and enclosure before ordering.

Before You Order

  • Vehicle: Confirm the vehicle is the Lexus GX470 application covered by this part.
  • Factory enclosure: Verify the original factory subwoofer enclosure is present and has not been modified in a way that changes the mounting surface.
  • Replacement subwoofer: Confirm the exact Kicker 6.75-inch-class subwoofer being installed matches the required dimensions.
  • Clearance: Check basket, magnet, terminals, wiring and enclosure depth before final assembly.
  • Fitment confirmation: Complete the on-page fitment confirmation before checkout.

Do not order from the “6.75-inch” label alone. Nominal speaker size does not guarantee that every Kicker basket, frame or terminal layout is identical.

What Comes With It

  • One SMS Precision Lexus GX470 factory-subwoofer adapter

Subwoofer, wiring and installation hardware are not included unless specifically stated elsewhere on the order.

Built for the Factory Enclosure

The adapter handles the mounting-interface change between the supported GX470 factory enclosure and the compatible replacement subwoofer. It is not a universal spacer ring and is not intended to convert unrelated factory enclosures.

Test-fit the adapter and subwoofer before final wiring and enclosure reassembly. Make sure the basket and terminals clear inside the enclosure and that the subwoofer can be fastened without stressing the frame.

Construction

The adapter is 3D-printed in ASA for automotive use and made to order for the confirmed application.
