SMS Precision Scion FR-S / Subaru BRZ First-Gen Dash 2-Inch Midrange Adapter Pair
Sale unit: Sold as one matched pair — two dash midrange adapters.
The first-generation Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ use factory corner-dash midrange locations that do not give a typical 2-inch aftermarket midrange a direct bolt-in mounting surface. These SMS Precision adapters retain the vehicle-side dash mounting geometry and allow a compatible 2-inch-class aftermarket midrange to mount in the factory location without treating the dash opening like a universal hole.
Each pair is made to order in-house from ASA for automotive use. The vehicle-side geometry stays fixed; the driver opening is produced to the selected or verified cutout used for the order.

Important: the factory midrange is not being represented as a 2-inch speaker. This adapter converts the factory dash location to a compatible 2-inch-class aftermarket midrange.

Check the Driver Before You Order
Different 2-inch-class midranges can use different cutouts. When the exact driver model is available in the SMS fitment database, the opening can be produced from its verified published cutout. If the exact model is not listed, provide the required cutout measurement.
Clearance responsibility: matching the adapter opening does not guarantee final speaker depth, frame height, terminal, grille, trim, or dashboard clearance. Those checks remain the responsibility of the buyer or installer.
