Sold individually. Each quantity of 1 includes one custom spacer ring. Order quantity 2 when you need a pair.
A nominal speaker size is only the starting point. Two drivers sold as the same size can have different cutout diameters, basket diameters, frame shapes and clearance requirements. SMS Precision spacers are built around the driver and the installation instead of assuming every 6.5-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch or 12-inch speaker uses the same universal ring.
Use the configurator to choose Speaker or Subwoofer, nominal size, brand and exact model. We handle component, coaxial, midbass, midrange, pro audio, full-range and similar speaker classifications behind the scenes so you do not have to. When your model is in the verified SMS fitment database, its stored cutout and outside-frame dimensions are used for the build.

Why We Use ASA
Each spacer is 3D printed in black ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate), an engineering thermoplastic chosen for functional automotive parts. ASA offers good mechanical strength and rigidity along with strong resistance to UV exposure, weathering and elevated temperatures. Those properties make it well suited to vehicle doors, speaker pods, fabricated panels and other locations where heat, sunlight and long-term dimensional durability matter.
The material is only part of a proper installation. The spacer should still be rigidly fastened, sealed to the mounting surface and checked for basket, magnet, window-track, grille and trim clearance.

12-Inch Fitment Limit
When the 12-inch nominal size is selected, the finished outside diameter is limited to 12.5 inches maximum. If the required outside dimension exceeds that limit, use the appropriate larger-size option or contact SMS Car Audio before ordering.
Installation Notes
- Nominal speaker size alone does not guarantee fitment.
- For Build to Size / Custom Fit orders, use the current manufacturer manual or dimension drawing whenever possible.
- For oval or square drivers, provide width × height dimensions.
- Check basket, magnet, window-track, grille, trim and mounting-surface clearance before choosing spacer thickness.
- Attach the spacer rigidly and seal it to the mounting surface to reduce acoustic leakage.
