What the Li-S680 is used for
The Li-S680 is an ultra-light, compact high-current 12V lithium racing/starting battery intended for high-compression engines and other high-demand 12V electrical systems. It can also support high-demand vehicle accessories and car-audio electrical systems when the vehicle and charging system are correctly configured for lithium.

Charging requirements
- Battery label maximum: charge voltage must not exceed 14.6V.
- XS Power alternator guidance: charging voltage must be 14.4V or less; 13.8–14.0V is preferred.
- Charge-current specification for this revision: 15A continuous / 60A maximum continuous / 150A 10-second pulse.
- Use a charger specifically designed for lithium batteries. A compatible gel charger may be used only if its output does not exceed the battery-label ratings.
- Do not use flooded/maintenance-free lead-acid charging logic or a charger with a desulfation mode.
- Remove the charger once the battery is full; continuous float/maintenance charging should be avoided.
- Do not charge the battery if terminal voltage is below 12V; contact XS Power for guidance before proceeding.

Resting voltage was verified at the time of listing; no representation is made that remaining capacity or cycle life is equivalent to a new battery. Buyer is responsible for using a lithium-compatible charging system and correct installation practices.
