RR05T — Compact Ring-Radiator Horn Tweeters — 4Ω — Pair
Choose RR05T when packaging is the problem and the system needs a separate high-frequency driver that can fit where the larger RR075T or RR1T will not. This is Cicada’s smallest standalone RR tweeter and the one used in its 2024+ Street Glide grille package.
SMS would use RR05T for a compact component stage where 40W RMS and 99 dB sensitivity are enough to keep the highs present without forcing a larger horn into the fairing. The included 7 kHz / 12 dB crossover is the passive protection point—do not see the 3 kHz response floor and assume the tweeter should automatically be crossed that low. Cicada currently treats RR05T as non-repairable, unlike the serviceable RR075T/RR1T models.

These speakers have to work where wind, road noise, mounting space and exposure change the job. Match the driver to the actual location, output target, amplifier power and environment instead of treating it like a normal door-speaker replacement.
