Build one finished custom-cut acrylic enclosure window, engraved plaque or display panel to the exact size your project needs. Choose the acrylic thickness, finish and engraving. If you select 3/4″ acrylic, you can also choose an SMS-machined LED channel or installed Lit FX lighting.

Online ordering accepts widths up to 47.5 inches. Need a larger panel? SMS can build larger sizes, but oversized shipping can be expensive. Contact SMS for a custom shipping or pickup quote.

This is the single-layer acrylic option for subwoofer enclosure windows, amp racks, equipment displays, show panels, plaques and other custom fabrication. Enter the exact finished width and height you need instead of choosing from preset sizes.

Single-Layer or Tri-Stack?

Choose this product when you need one finished custom-cut panel made from a single acrylic layer for an enclosure window, engraved plaque or display panel. If you want one assembled plaque with a black acrylic face, engraved center and black acrylic backer, choose the Lit FX Custom Tri-Stack 3-Layer Acrylic Plaque.

Choose Your Acrylic

• 1/4″ Acrylic: for lighter-duty and decorative applications. There is no machined LED channel at this thickness. If you want it lit, mount your own LEDs around the engraved area.
• 1/2″ Acrylic: adds rigidity for larger or custom panels. There is no machined LED channel at this thickness. If you want it lit, mount your own LEDs around the engraved area.
• 3/4″ Acrylic: for most subwoofer enclosure windows, this is the thickness we recommend. Choose panel only, a machined LED channel only, or installed Lit FX lighting with a matching controller.

Choose Clear Acrylic for a transparent panel with optional engraving, or Painted Black + Engraved for an opaque black surface with the engraved design revealed through the painted finish.

Lighting Options

1/4″ and 1/2″: these are supplied without an internal LED channel. If you want the panel illuminated, add your own LEDs around the engraved area later.

3/4″ acrylic gives you three choices:

• Panel Only: no LEDs or machined channel. You can add external lighting later.
• Machined Channel Only: LED channel machined into the acrylic; LEDs and controller are not included.
• Installed LEDs + Controller: machined channel, installed Lit FX lighting and matching controller. Choose Color-Chase RGB, Solid Red, Solid Green or Solid Blue.

Before You Order

Enter the exact finished width and height, choose the corner radius, acrylic thickness, finish, engraving, and whether you need mounting holes. If you choose 3/4″ acrylic, you can also choose Panel Only, Machined Channel Only, or Installed LEDs + Controller.

You do not need finished artwork before checkout. If the panel will be engraved, a build name, wording, theme, logo, reference photo, or rough idea is enough to place the order.

After Purchase — Send Us the Details

After checkout, email al@smscaraudio.com with your order number. If the panel is engraved, send the wording, theme, logos or artwork, reference photos, and anything else that helps us understand what you want the finished panel to look like. If it is cut-only, use the email to confirm any fabrication notes that matter to the build.

We take it from there. For engraved panels, SMS Car Audio / Lit FX creates the digital rendering, works through any needed changes with you by email, and begins engraving only after you approve the final artwork. If mounting holes or an installed-lighting wire exit need final placement, those details are confirmed in the same email conversation.

Mounting Holes & Wire Exit

Choose whether you need mounting holes when ordering. A wire-exit location is requested only when SMS installs the lighting. Exact hole positions, spacing and wire placement are confirmed with SMS by email before production.

Verify all finished dimensions before ordering. Shipping is based on the packed shipment, not the finished acrylic dimensions alone.
