Sold individually — one custom single-layer acrylic panel per quantity ordered.

Build a one-piece acrylic enclosure window, engraved plaque or display panel to the exact finished size your project needs. Choose the acrylic thickness, finish and engraving. If you select 3/4″ acrylic, you can also choose an internal LED channel or installed Lit FX lighting.

Maximum finished width: 47.5 inches.

One Piece. Built to Your Size.

This is the single-layer acrylic option for subwoofer enclosure windows, amp racks, equipment displays, show panels, plaques and other custom fabrication. Enter the exact finished width and height you need instead of choosing from preset sizes.

Choose Your Acrylic

  • 1/4″ Acrylic: for lighter-duty and decorative applications. Supplied unlit with no internal LED channel. You can add your own external lighting later if desired.
  • 1/2″ Acrylic: adds rigidity for larger or custom panels. Supplied unlit with no internal LED channel. You can add your own external lighting later if desired.
  • 3/4″ Acrylic: the normal SMS recommendation for most subwoofer enclosure windows. Order it unlit, with an SMS-machined LED channel only, or with Lit FX lighting installed.

Choose Clear Acrylic for a transparent panel with optional engraving, or Painted Black + Engraved for an opaque black surface with the engraved design revealed through the painted finish.

Lighting Options

SMS lighting options are available only with 3/4″ acrylic. Choose No Lighting, LED Channel Only, or Lit FX Lighting Installed. Installed Lit FX lighting includes the matching controller and your choice of Color-Chase RGB, Solid Red, Solid Green or Solid Blue.

1/4″ and 1/2″ panels are supplied unlit and do not require a lighting selection. Customer-added external lighting can be installed later without changing the panel ordered from SMS.

Artwork Approval by Email

If your panel is engraved, the online order captures the starting details. After checkout, send your wording, theme, reference photos and approved graphics by email. SMS prepares the digital rendering, makes revisions with you by email, and begins engraving only after you approve the final artwork.

Mounting Holes & Wire Exit

Choose whether you need mounting holes when ordering. A wire-exit location is requested only when SMS installs the lighting. Exact hole positions, spacing and wire placement are confirmed with SMS by email before production.

Verify all finished dimensions before ordering. Shipping is calculated from the packed shipment, not the finished acrylic dimensions alone.
