Sold individually — one custom plaque per quantity ordered.

Built-to-size three-piece acrylic plaques for subwoofer enclosures, tailgates, amp racks, display panels and other custom installs. Enter the exact finished width and height you need, up to 47.5 inches wide. There are no customer-facing size presets.

Three-Piece Construction

  • 1/8-inch black acrylic face layer
  • 1/2-inch engraved center acrylic
  • 1/8-inch black acrylic backer

3/4-inch nominal assembled thickness. Custom engraving is included.

Choose Your Build

Engraved Plaque Only: finished three-piece plaque with no LED channel, LEDs, controller or lighting wiring.

LED Illuminated Plaque: choose addressable color-chase RGB, solid red, solid green or solid blue. Installed lighting and the matching controller are included.

For an illuminated plaque, choose the wire-exit side so the lead is routed for your application. Exact placement can still be finalized with the artwork by email.

Mounting Holes

Choose Yes or No. If mounting holes are requested, complete checkout normally and SMS will confirm the exact locations and spacing with you by email before production.

After You Order

Final artwork decisions are handled by email. Send the wording, colors, theme, reference photos and approved graphics. SMS will send a digital rendering for review, make the final design decisions with you there, and begin production only after final approval.
