Each order is built as one finished Tri-Stack plaque with three acrylic layers for subwoofer enclosures, tailgates, amp racks, display panels and other custom installs. Enter the exact finished width and height you need. Online ordering accepts widths up to 47.5 inches. Need a larger plaque? SMS can build larger sizes, but oversized shipping can be expensive. Tri-Stack 3-Layer Construction

• 1/8″ black acrylic face layer
• 1/2″ engraved center acrylic
• 1/8″ black acrylic backer

3/4″ nominal assembled thickness. Custom engraving is included. Tri-Stack is our name for this three-layer construction: black acrylic face, engraved center acrylic, and black acrylic backer built together as one finished plaque.

Before You Order

Enter the exact finished width and height you need, choose the corner radius, then choose the build you want: engraved plaque only or LED illuminated. If you choose the illuminated version, select the Lighting Type, mounting-hole option and wire-exit location in the configurator. The artwork itself does not have to be finished before checkout.

Verify the finished dimensions before placing the order. Those dimensions control the plaque size and calculated price.

After Purchase — Send Us the Vision

After checkout, email al@smscaraudio.com with your order number. Tell us what you have in mind — wording, colors, theme, logos or artwork, reference photos, and any other details that help us understand the direction.

If you requested mounting holes or need a specific wire-exit position, include those details too. If the exact location still needs to be worked out, we can finalize it with the artwork by email.

1. You send us the idea and your order number.
2. We lay out the artwork around the finished plaque size and selected build.
3. We email you the digital rendering for review.
4. We work through any needed adjustments with you by email.
5. You approve the final artwork and fabrication details, then production begins.

Nothing is engraved or built from a guess. The final design is approved before production.

Tri-Stack or Single-Layer?

Choose the Tri-Stack when you want one assembled plaque with a black acrylic face, engraved center and black acrylic backer. If you need one finished custom-cut panel made from a single acrylic layer for an enclosure window, plaque or display panel, choose the Lit FX Single-Layer Acrylic Panel & Enclosure Window.

Choose Your Build

Engraved Plaque Only: finished Tri-Stack plaque with no LED channel, LEDs, controller or lighting wiring. Choose this when you want the layered engraved plaque without lighting.

LED Illuminated Plaque: finished Tri-Stack plaque with the internal LED channel, installed lighting and matching controller included. Choose this when you want lighting built into the finished plaque. Select addressable Color-Chase RGB, Solid Red, Solid Green or Solid Blue.

For an illuminated plaque, choose the wire-exit side so the lead is routed for your application. Exact placement can still be finalized with the artwork by email.

Mounting Holes

Choose Yes or No. If mounting holes are requested, complete checkout normally and SMS will confirm the exact locations and spacing with you by email before production.

Verify all finished dimensions before ordering. Shipping is based on the packed shipment, not the finished plaque dimensions alone.
