MMATS Pro Audio Monster & MMAX Subwoofers
Monster is MMATS' high-output subwoofer family below Juggernaut, offered in 10, 12 and 15-inch sizes with dual-2-ohm and dual-4-ohm configurations. MMAX versions sit above the standard Monster models when the build needs another step in motor/thermal capability.
Why we use them: this family fits customers who want substantial street output and deep bass but do not necessarily need the size, electrical demand or full competition focus of a Juggernaut build.
Choosing Monster vs MMAX
- Monster: strong high-output daily/street systems.
- MMAX: step-up choice when the amplifier and electrical system can support more demanding use.
Tradeoff: MMAX only makes sense when enclosure, power and electrical support are upgraded with it. Putting a stronger subwoofer into the same weak box or charging system does not create a stronger system.

Where this fits in the build
The subwoofer is only one part of the bass system. Enclosure volume and alignment, final impedance, amplifier power, vehicle space and electrical support all affect the result.
