OPEN-AIR / MOTORCYCLE / POWERSPORTS FIT
Where this fits in the build
These speakers have to work where wind, road noise, mounting space and exposure change the job. Match the driver to the actual location, output target, amplifier power and environment instead of treating it like a normal door-speaker replacement.
Plan aroundConfirm mounting location, depth, cutout and how exposed the speaker will be.
Match itMatch efficiency, usable bandwidth and clean amplifier power to the output needed at speed or outdoors.
Finish itPlan crossover, mounting, wiring and electrical support with the complete open-air system.
Description
RT25 — 2.5-Inch Mini Bullet Tweeters — Pair
RT25 is the compact, high-efficiency Recoil tweeter when placement flexibility matters more than large power handling. Recoil publishes 105 dB sensitivity and includes surface- and angle-mount hardware, so the tweeter can be aimed from a dash, pod or custom panel instead of being forced into a deep flush-mount opening.
At 30W RMS per tweeter, the RT25 does not need a huge amplifier to keep up with efficient pro mids. SMS would choose it when the system needs strong top-end projection and a flexible mounting angle. RLT250 is the better choice when substantially more tweeter power handling is required.
