GALEFORCE AUDIO T25 SUPER TWEETER — 4 OHM
WHY THIS ONE MAKES SENSE
The T25 is for a high-output system where the midrange section has enough output that a basic high-frequency driver can no longer keep up. GaleForce rates the T25 at 104 dB sensitivity with a published 3 kHz–20 kHz frequency range. Its titanium diaphragm and 1-inch CCAW voice coil make it a dedicated upper-frequency driver, not a full-range speaker.
WHY 4 OHM
Choose the 4-ohm T25 when that impedance works with your tweeter count and amplifier channel plan. Two equal 4-ohm T25s wired in parallel present a 2-ohm final load. That can be useful on an amplifier rated for 2-ohm operation, but adding more tweeters changes the load quickly, so calculate the complete array before choosing the impedance.
HOW IT FITS A REAL SYSTEM
The T25 pairs naturally with a dedicated midrange such as the GaleForce G3. Use crossover or DSP control to decide where the midrange hands off to the tweeter. Do not use the published 3 kHz response limit as an automatic crossover point: GaleForce's crossover guide starts at 3.5–4 kHz for moderate power, 4–4.5 kHz for high-output use, and 4.5–5 kHz or higher for advanced competition use, all at 24 dB/octave.
