Description
The ARC Audio A10 is a low-profile 10-inch subwoofer designed for sealed enclosures where conventional mounting depth is not available. Offered in dual 2-ohm and dual 4-ohm configurations, it is suited to under-seat truck enclosures, compact vehicle installations, and other space-limited systems that still require controlled low-frequency output.
The A10 uses ARC Audio’s shallow C.R.S. stamped basket, a reinforced pulp cone, and a high-excursion suspension system. Its inner-core open-vent motor and additional motor venting move cooling air through the assembly during extended playback. A progressive twisted-pile Polycotton Nomex spider and UV-grade polyether surround provide mechanical control through the driver’s rated 15.5 mm linear excursion.
The subwoofer is rated for 250 watts RMS and is intended for compact sealed-box operation. Available dual-voice-coil impedance options allow the system designer to select the appropriate final load for a single-subwoofer or multiple-subwoofer amplifier configuration.
