Description
The ARC Audio Cu 4.2 is a two-channel Class A/B reference amplifier for high-output front-stage, midbass, specialty-driver, and bridged-mono applications. It is rated at 225 watts RMS per channel into 4 ohms, 350 watts RMS per channel into 2 ohms, or 700 watts RMS bridged into a 4-ohm load.
The Copper Series design incorporates ARC Audio's ULF (Ultra-Low Feedback) signal architecture and TTB (Thermal Tracking Bias) technology. A true front-end crossover-bypass switch removes the onboard signal-processing section from the signal path for direct operation from an external DSP. Microprocessor-controlled cooling helps maintain stable performance under changing thermal conditions.
