Description
The ARC Audio X2 1100.5 is a five-channel Class-D amplifier designed to power a complete speaker and subwoofer system from one chassis. It combines four full-range channels based on the X2 600.4 platform with a dedicated low-frequency fifth channel for subwoofer operation.
Channels 1 through 4 deliver 150 watts RMS each into either 4-ohm or 2-ohm loads through ARC Audio's impedance-switching output design. The full-range channel pairs can be bridged for higher-power two- or three-channel configurations. The dedicated subwoofer channel produces 275 watts RMS into 4 ohms or 500 watts RMS into 2 ohms, allowing the amplifier to operate a front stage, rear speakers or active drivers, and a subwoofer without requiring separate amplifier chassis.
Adjustable high-pass, low-pass, and band-pass crossover functions support passive, hybrid, and bi-amplified system layouts. Balanced differential inputs simplify integration with factory and aftermarket source units. The Level 2 cosmetic package uses a brushed silver hairline aluminum top, an illuminated rotatable acrylic badge, and integrated diagnostic indicators.
